document carefully.
Residence
Pass-Talent (RP-T)
TalentCorp reserves the right to
withdraw any or all services
provided on this online portal
at any time without giving prior
notice or reason(s).
TalentCorp reserves the right to
reject a RP-T application
without providing a reason(s).
TalentCorp reserves the right to
withdraw or revoke any
approval(s) that has/have been
given in-principle at any time
without giving prior notice or
reason(s).
Incomplete or improperly
completed RP-T application will
be returned.
TalentCorp may request
additional information,
certification and/or
verification of any information
declared on the RP-T application
from the applicant. Failure to
provide such information will
result in the rejection of the
RP-T application, or withdrawal
of the in-principle approval.
Any person who makes any false
statement(s) to Government
Bodies is liable to be
prosecuted.
There will be NO refund of fees
for RP-T applications that do
not meet the eligibility
criteria, are rejected after
being presented to the RP-T
Panel, or are withdrawn by the
applicant after submission,
including cases where the
applicant changes their mind
Refunds may be considered for
the following cases, subject to
TalentCorp's discretion:
Application is not submitted
after payment of fees.
The wrong type of
application is submitted;
e.g Renewal application
instead of Post 10 Year
application.
Duplicate
application/Double payment.
This needs to reflect that
refund applications can only
be submitted and processed
if they fit the above
scenarios. Refund
application can be submitted
by reaching out RP-T
helpdesk via email
RPTCare@myxpats.com.my for
further assistance. Kindly
take note that refund
request need to be made
within six (6) months from
the date of payment
transaction, otherwise it
will not be entertained.
TalentCorp shall not be liable
for any losses, damage or costs
incurred by any person arising
and related to an application,
the issuance or withdrawal of
any in-principle approval,
or arising from the use of
this online portal.
RP-T applicants must ensure the
passport number used for their
application matches the passport
used for their Employment Pass
issuance.
Once approved, RP-T cannot be
transferred to a different
Nationality passport without
approval.
The issuance and endorsement of
RP-T is at the discretion of
Immigration Department of
Malaysia and is subject to
status clearance, and the
provisions of the Immigration
Act 1959/1963 and the
Immigration Regulations 1963.
The issuance and endorsement of
the RP-T is also subject to the
approval(s) of any other
relevant authorities. A
violation of any of the above
conditions will affect the
Employer and/or the applicant's
future applications for issuance
of passes pursuant to the
Immigration Act 1959/1963 and
the Immigration Regulations
1963.
